We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in casual to fine-dining settings with advanced hospitality skills
- Passion for food, beverage (especially beer!)
- Excellent multitasking skills while demonstrating grace under pressure
- A positive, upbeat attitude and the desire to provide excellent hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
- A team-player mentality
Responsibilities of the Server/Bartender position include, and are not limited to:
- Learning about and educating guests on our extensive craft beer, wine, and liquor program
- Learning about and educating guests on our daily changing menu and how to properly pair food with beverage
- Precise order taking and correctly sending information to the kitchen
- Advanced communication skills to engage with management, kitchen, bar, and fellow team members regarding guest likes, dislikes, needs, potential issues, etc.
- Providing guests with 5-star dining experience
- Teamplayer
Responsibilities of the Host position include, and are not limited to:
- Coordinating the seating and flow of the dining room, while using it to its maximum potential
- Constant communication with the kitchen and management during service regarding seating, guests, dining room flow, any potential issues, etc.
- Recognizing repeat guests
- Being the guest's agent into the restaurant- offering them every possibility to make sure they have a fantastic experience!
