Responsibilities:
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, be able to deal with staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Prepare components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meats and preparing sauces, etc.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff
- Learn new kitchen and culinary skills
- Clean prep areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years, experience in a qualified kitchen
- A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
- Written and verbal comprehension of English language
- The ability to comfortably work in a team in a busy atmosphere
- Fine Dining a plus
