The culinary minds that created Bellota are opening a second location in Boulder, Colorado!
Bellota features upscale Mexican cuisine in a laid back, lively environment with interesting, fun cocktails and a wide variety of agave spirits.
We are looking for a General Manager to help lead our team in the new location. The ideal candidate will be hospitality driven with and a passion for collaboration with others. We work together and focus on lifting each other up, as a team to provide the best possible experience for our guests. A Strong backround in cocktail and spirits service is prefered.
Our goal is to create an environment that caters to our neighbors while keeping in mind the guests who seek us as a destination. Our commitment is to offer friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service while treating each patron as an honored guest in our home. Bellota’s role is to bring the community together by providing an environment to break bread, share drinks, and congregate.
