Position available for an experieced AGM looking to further enhance their career to A GM position. This is a growth centered position but responsible for the followng duties:
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Recording payroll data
- Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
We are looking for someone organized and responsible with experience in the industry. We are looking for soneone outgoing with guest relations experience to enhace service operations. Ideally you have experience in P and L, a degree in hospitality, and an interest in the restaurant industry and operations.
