We’re looking to hire dedicated Junior Sous Chef. The junior Sous Chef acts as a liason between the culinary management and the hourly employees.
Some duties include:
- Ensuring all stations are ready for service
- Assisting the Chef with expeidiating
- Working stations as a tournat, helping cover gaps in the schedule
- Assisting to double check par levels, protein counts and purchases
This is a great role for someone looking to take the next step from a high level line employee into culinary management.

Compensation: Salary ($20.00 - $24.00)
