The Green is seeking a General Manager!

The Green is an 'eatertainment' facility located in Lincoln Park opening this August. The Green will have 9 high tech golf simulators as well as a food & beverage program designed by two of the brightest minds in Chicago's food and beverage scene. The Green has been meticulously designed to make the avid golfer and entertainment seeker comfortable.

The GM will have the opportunity to join at the ground level of a well funded concept with serious growth aspirations. The GM will have the ability to influence every aspect of the facility from staff to menus to programming & marketing. Qualifications:

• at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• experience with Toast/Tock
• experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
• food and beverage knowledge.
• knowledge of beer and spirits.
• willing to work long extended hours and late nights.
• knowledgeable about golf and golf clientele
• polished, professional, warm and hospitable

Responsibilities:
Run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired pre shift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals.
