We're continuing to narrow the gap from pre-pandemic business volumes to current business levels, giving us the necessary bandwidth to open an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bartender.
At The Dead Rabbit, our raison d'etre is to bring the Irish Pub into the 21st century by combining world-class products and genuine hospitality for every single customer every single time. Resultantly, we have high expectations, and to realize these expectations, we invest heavily in your ongoing development so you can become the best team member you can be and enable you to grow in our company and the industry as a whole.
In addition, we are now expanding our business into other domestic markets to bring our concept to appropriate cities across America. We want to become the best and the biggest Irish Pub operator in the country. The most important element to realize our goals is our teams' individual and collective abilities. As you can see, we're an ambitious company with big expectations and even bigger goals.

As The Dead Rabbit approaches its tenth year of service, we’re looking to the future more eagerly than ever. Opening early 2023 at 616 Conti Street, our second outpost will hold 170 guests across three floors in a 19th century Creole townhouse in the historic French Quarter, New Orleans. This will be followed by our third bar in Austin, Texas.
The Dead Rabbit has a rich history, but the best is yet to come.
