We are a leading upscale casual French bistro (NY Times 2 Star) in NYC operating over 14 years, headed by a Chef with 2 and 3 Michelin Star training.
• At least 2 years experience in production.
• Attention to detail
• Working efficiently, with a sense of urgency
• Experience expediting tickets.
• Fast Knife skills.
• Ability to work clean and organized.
