SingleThread Farms & Restaurant is a 3-Star Michelin restaurant featuring a seasonal tasting menu in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country in Healdsburg, California. Our team is led by Chef-Owner Kyle Connaughton and Head Farmer-Owner Katina Connaughton. We are driven by the desire to create a bespoke hospitality experience for each of our guests.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about their craft to join our growing team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Commitment to quality, excellence, integrity, and genuine hospitality
  • Passion for creating unique food experiences
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Ability to listen, communicate, and work calmly in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Flexibility with a schedule that includes evenings, holidays and extended hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for daily mise en place and service for the restaurant, inn, and guest experiences
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the properties, recipes, portioning, preparation, serving, and health standards
  • Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure their timely completion
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
