Culinary Program:

• Innovative Italian cuisine
• Dinner 5 days, Bistro To Go take away, private parties, chef dinners, wine tastings 

Guest Experience:

• Focus on the exceeding guest expectations

Fundamentals:

• Menu creation, updating with a focus on industry trends; weekly features
• Exceptional plating for guest presentation & social media
• Attention to food & labor costs
• Strong leadership skill with the ability to lead, motivate & reward team
• Mutual level of respect with team
• Proven track record of successes managing culinary operations
• Solidify working relationship with FOH to ensure common goals are exceeded
• Sustain current high levels of sanitation, safety & food storage
• Improve & expand current level of output while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask

Foundations:

• 5 years minimum experience leading a Culinary program
• Italian and Mediterranean experience
• Culinary degree preferred
