The Wythe Hotel Food and Beverage Team is looking for Events Captains who are experienced and passionate about the Hospitality Industry to join our Team! Looking for full time or part time. Pay starts at $38/hr.
Ideal Candidates:
-At Least 2 to 3 Years of Experience in Catering or Events in High Volume, Steady Pace New York City Venues (but equivalent captain experience in NYC restaurants is sufficient)
-Passion for Hospitality and Providing Guests with Excellent Service
-Ability to Work Under Pressure
-Ability to Multitask
-Team Player Attitude
-Experience Working With POS Systems
Wythe Events is part of a larger food and beverage team at the hotel that includes Le Crocodile and the recently opened 6th floor bar: Bar Blondeau.
Le Crocodile is a New York Times 3-Star neighborhood brasserie serving earnest French fare in a setting inspired by our Parisian and New York favorites. Le Crocodile is located in Williamsburg’s Wythe Hotel, from chefs Jake Leiber and Aidan O’Neal of beloved Chez Ma Tante and restaurateur Jon Neidich of Golden Age Hospitality (Acme, The Happiest Hour).
