Mini Mott is a neighborhood fast-casual restaurant. We feature Chicago comfort fare with a foundation in Asian-American cuisine.
What Does a Mini Mott Front of the House Team Member Do?
- Team members are the face of Mini Mott, greeting customers, taking orders on our cash register, and fulfilling beverage service (making milkshakes, pouring beers, and serving sodas). They also keep our dining room and patio picture-perfect by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and restocking guest supplies.
- Preparation for opening hours involves stocking inventory, concocting housemade beverages, and cleaning the restaurant.
The position is full time. Open availability preferred.
Compensation ranges from $17/hr to $20/hr with tips ($12/hour + Pooled Tips).
Health insurance option is available after 6 months full-time employment.
