The GM will:
- Be a visible presence on the floor, interacting with staff and guests
- Have a hands-on role in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Oversee FOH staff
- Work with the kitchen staff to expedite dishes during peak dining times
- Strong knowledge of P&L management.
Key attributes and qualifications include:
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- A dedication to our guests, with a focus on quality and timely food and service
- The ability to multi-task with ease
- Vision, leadership, and the ability to guide and inspire a tight-knit staff
- Outgoing, pleasant demeanor
- Experience with a minimum of 4+MM in annual Sales.
