Job Details

Accurately and efficiency produces pastry products according to recipes and direction provided by the Pastry Chef
Prepare a variety of pastry products including baked goods, confections, cake batter, cookie dough, muffin, icings, macarons, tarts, cream
Multi-task whenever possible to ensure necessary production needs are met.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
Performs other related duties as assigned by Pastry Chef
