CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Must have 3 years + beverage experience in a fast paced NYC restaurant or market environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have full schedule availability
• Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic

SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be warm, knowledgeable and noticeably appreciative
• Accommodate guests by making each individual feel welcome
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Identify and report problems to management immediately
• Implement and follow steps of service
• Oversee activities of your team in the station

• Maintain station cleanliness
• Receive and remember beverage orders
• Interact warmly and confidently with customers
• Become familiar with menu and ingredients
