13th Street Kitchens, the acclaimed hospitality group behind Cafe Lift, Kensington Quarters, La Chinesca, and Prohibition Taproom, is looking to add an experienced, creative, and hard-working Chef de Cuisine to its team. The Chef de Cuisine will work collaboratively as part of the management team to create a unique and memorable dining experience in Philadelphia. Being upbeat and creating a positive work environment is key to succeeding in this role. We operate high volume restaurants that requires the necessary skills to oversee and mentor a team of line cooks, while also working with Front of the House management to ensure the overall success of the restaurant. Candidates must be willing to work in concert with ownership and upper management to achieve all of the combined goals. Most importantly, the Chef de Cuisine must have a strong desire to cook well seasoned, great food, while teaching and sharing knowledge with the kitchen staff.
Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $80,000.00)
