Qualified Pastry Cooks will have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience in NYT 2 to 4-star rated restaurants
- Experience plating and in a production pastry role is highly preferred
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail
- Desire for growth in the restaurant business
- Enthusiasm and passion for pastry
- Sense of urgency and works well in fast pace environment
- Positive outlook and demeanor
- Able work well with a tight-knit group
- Have some savory knowledge and can collaborate with the savory team
