Joomak Banjum is a re-interpreted Korean restaurant inspired by contemporary New York City culture and executed with French technique in an approachable fine dining atmosphere.

Joomak Banjum is currently hiring talented and motivated pastry cooks to join our family. 

Qualified Pastry Cooks will have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience in NYT 2 to 4-star rated restaurants
• Experience plating and in a production pastry role is highly preferred
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail
• Desire for growth in the restaurant business
• Enthusiasm and passion for pastry 
• Sense of urgency and works well in fast pace environment 
• Positive outlook and demeanor
• Able work well with a tight-knit group
• Have some savory knowledge and can collaborate with the savory team
