Job Description & Responsibilities:
3 AM Shifts per Week: 7am-3pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Overview: Assist the team in the production of juices and beverages for multiple outlets.
- Basic knife skills. Washing, Chopping, and Sorting Out Ingredients for Prep.
- Able to tolerate repetitive assignments geared for large volume production.
- Stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Follow recipes and standards of plating and assembly of menu items as taught by the Beverage Director.
- Adhere to any sanitation standards imposed by Kitchen Management and or Department of Health.
- Proper organization of prepared juices with correct labeling, date of production.

Ability to maintain an organized, clean, tidy work space.

Complete clean up and breakdown of all equipment, prep surfaces, and kitchen spaces before finishing the shift.
- Ability to Lift 25 Pounds or more
- Ability to assist with covering varied shifts which may include early mornings or late evenings and the ability to work a flexible schedule if asked in advance.
