I work out of the second floor kitchen in Soho House located in the West Loop. I make sourdough breads, bagels, english muffins, breakfast pastries, cookies, tarts, and other desserts. I sell to the public Friday through Sunday as well as providing everything pastry related to Soho House seven days a week. 

I'm looking for someone who is passionate about breads and pastries. Someone who can work independently and is able to solve problems. Someone who wants to have fun making beautiful creations.

Any experience with sourdough bread and pastries is a plus but I am happy to train the right person.

Days would be Friday through Tuesday.
