This position is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the managing of the kitchen staff and overall operations of the Kitchen to ensure the highest possible quality of food service for our restaurant.  

Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of leadership experience in either a Hotel environment or fast-paced kitchen as well as have a strong work ethic, the ability to inspire the team as well as be able to enforce and maintain the property’s standards.
