Bartender 

 
el Alto and Bon Appetit Managementare seeking experienced Bartenders to oversee Bar operations at a new casual fine dining restaurant in partnership with celebrity Chef Traci Des Jardins.  

Our operations are fast-paced, high quality, and guest-focused. Candidates must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with extensive knowledge of crafting cocktails, product, and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.  There are many opportunities for growth within Bon Appetit, and we pride ourselves on training the next generation of great hospitality individuals. 

Candidates for the bartending position should possess the following qualities: 

• Must be 21+ years of age 
• 2 years Experience, Fine dining knowledge a plus 
• Professional grooming and demeanor 

• Strong sense of urgency 
• Strong work ethic 
• Ability to multitask 
• Checks for proper Identification 
• Work well under pressure 

• Well versed in classic cocktail knowledge 
• Passion for spirits and willingness to learn
