Major Food Group, the team that brought you Carbone, is hiring for our new Contessa restaurant located at the Newburry hotel. We are looking for experienced Host/ess with at with at least 2 year of experience working in fine dining restaurants. **This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 signing bonus after successfully completing 90 days.**Contessa is the crown jewel of dining atop one of Boston’s most glamorous hotels, The Newbury Boston. Delightfully re-imagined, this rooftop destination is inspired by the old-world resorts of Europe and the lasting estates of Italy where classic grand trattoria cuisine awaits.Qualifications:
- Experience with a Reservation system
- Ability to multitask
- Natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible and a team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Compensation: $17-20 per hour based on experience.
