Apple Blossom from the award winning team of beast + bottle and Coperta is looking for a Restaurant Manager.
Apple Blossom is a brand new restaurant opening at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Downtown Denver. Apple Blossom focuses on Seasonal American Cuisine from around the country. We are sourcing superstars, and our menu celebrates the best food! Work alongside award winning chef, Paul C Reilly, recipient of many both local and national awards for his passion to the good food movement
This position is a Full Time, Salary Management Position.
Position will assist in hiring, training, staff education, inventory, scheduling, monitoring labor costs cash handling, disciplinary actions, private events, development of operational procedures.
Our Food service operations oversee the Restaurant space, room service and banquets. Our restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

•have minimum 2 years FOH experience preferable experience as server, host, back wait, and bartender.
•passion for exceptional hospitality
•proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation procedures
•proficient in Word, Excel, OpenTable
•working knowledge of food safety and food handling
•be 21 years of age
•ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 10 hours
•ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
•have the stamina to work 55+ hours a week.
•be able to communicate in the language of the restaurant
•have the desire to work in a growing, thriving organization
•Open availability and will work day, nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: Salary ($52,000.00 - $57,000.00)
