dune restaurant on Nantucket island is looking for experienced line cooks to work grill, sauté and rounds positions for the upcoming season, If you want to work in a professional kitchen that focuses on every detail of each item on each plate and strives to put out the best food we can every night then send us your resume along with refereneces. Dune restaurant features a constantly changing seasonal menu, plus nightly specials, we highlight locally farmed produce and every menu item is made on premises. We offer great pay, a positive work environment and encourage creativity, and we do PROVIDE HOUSING  there is a $1500 signing bonus, plus additional bonuses totaling $2000-$3000 thru the season
