BIRD DOG is seeking a spirited and talented hospitality professional to join its service team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining with at least 1 year bartending, are eager to grow their knowledge of food and beverage, are excited to play an integral part in daily operations, and enjoy when the music is turned up just a bit too loud.

 As a Bartender at BIRD DOG, team members will:

• Execute cocktails from a curated cocktail list and use an in-depth knowledge of both classic and progressive cocktails to creatively improvise drinks
• Create and evaluate new beverages with service team members and management for inclusion on a constantly evolving cocktail menu
• Curate dining experiences for guests who join for dinner at the bar.
