Lead Bagel Baker Knead Bagels is looking to add an experienced lead baker to our team. This is a full time position with the opportunity to advance into a head baking position in the near future. This person will be involved in all aspects of the baking process including boiling and baking bagels, dough production, inventory, equipment maintenance, and other general prep work in the restaurant. Must have a great sense of timing and the ability to multi task while thinking 3-5 moves ahead.  The ideal person will take direction well, work neatly and efficiently, and be reliable and punctual. Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, sometimes arriving as early as 4:45am. Must take direction and constructive criticism well, and be able to lift 50lb bags of flour comfortably. Ideally we want someone with kettle bagel experience but are more than willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and at least 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: bread, pizza, and/ or high volume line cooking.
