Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery seeking Shift Lead/ Server
ROLE SUMMARY
Our Shift Lead will ideally be a Shift Lead 1-3 days and serving 2 or 3 days a week.
The details for this position are as follows:
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer issues
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Assigning server sections.
- Coordinating with opening manager of any needs for PM or next day AM service.
- Leading line up when GM is absent
- Communicating with the kitchen & bar of any menu changes, 86's, updating toast POS.
- Being present on the floor for service.
- Assisting staff with any guest issues, comps, voids.
- Ensuring table turn times are running smoothly, communicating with hosts.
- Cutting servers and assigning side work.
- Closing down FOH duties, ensuring set up for the next day.
The Shift Lead goals are to ensure that all teams within the restaurant are functioning well. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Leads will assist in restaurant operations and team members.
