Resident taps rising star chefs from the world’s best restaurants to host intimate, chef’s table style dinners in spectacular spaces. We take over townhouses, penthouses, and other luxury spaces to host ticketed dinners, personal celebrations, team-building and client entertaining events, and wholly-owned brand experiences. Each chef’s event is a reflection of the chef’s background, passions and memories. We offer guests the unique opportunity to connect with the faces behind their food.
Our events are bespoke in nature and put the chef at the forefront of the guest experience.
We are looking for part-time sommeliers to join our team!
Most dinners are 5-course tasting menus with wine pairings. The wines are pre-selected and our sommelier team is responsible for wine service, guest interaction, and for describing the wines to the group alongside the chef who will also be describing each dish as it is presented. There are also cocktail parties that feature an open bar and our sommelier team is responsible for simple drinks (gin and tonics, vodka sodas) during those receptions.
The environment is meant to be thoughtful and relaxed, yet special.
The event schedule is published first and then our freelance team applies for the nights they want to work. The flexibility is just one way we are unique from a typical restaurant job!
