JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a strong candidate who performs with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Prospect. Has a passion for great food, is well organized, and can lead a team.
Job includes but is not limited to managing kitchen staff, scheduling, labor & COGS control, inventory management, ordering, receiving, etc. Displays consistent attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies. Performs all aspects of position with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience,and initiative. Understands and is committed to the philosophy of owners.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
* Strong and positive leadership qualities. Be a positive role model and adhere to core values and vision of owners.
* Work with and educate cooks, Sous Chefs and staff towards a higher level of achievement, by fostering opportunities for the team to learn, grow and develop abilities.
* Effective decision-making and organizational skills, proactive to ensure a positive guest experience.
* Great communication skills, positive motivator for staff and management team.
* Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, labor & COGS control, inventory management, ordering, receiving, etc.
* Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing environments, ability to lead the staff under high-pressure situations.
