Job Details
Violet Bistro, a 100-seat fine-dining French bistro, is seeking a friendly, experienced pastry cook to join our team!

Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things pastry and bakery, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and takes joy in creating memorable guest experiences. They:

  • are hospitable, genuine and positive
  • can think fast and have a natural sense of urgency
  • are great team players
  • are reliable and follow through on their commitment to their work and team

Must have availablility, Tuesday-Saturday 2:30pm - 11:00pm. Must be a US Citizen or have permanent resident staus.

Basic responsibilities include:

  • Following recipes and keeping consistancy with our dishes 
  • Completing prep lists
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of all the ingredients and components of the desserts on our menu. Creating new desserts with Head Chef.
  • Maintaining stock levels and a hyper clean working environment
