We are looking for individuals for various area of the baking kitchen.  we are looking for Food Production Team Members, and Frosters.  This is a high volume kitchen.  

FT/PT/Contract/On-call positions available.

Frosters - we are looking for individuals who will be responsible for making the Menais Cakes signature buttrcream frosting and carmel (from scratch) and appying the frosting to a vrioety of cakes.  The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting area clean, sanitized and running efficiently.  Must be able to frost all cakes for some same day and next day orders. Maintain & track frosting supply inventory.

Must have experience working in a bakery, and frosting cakes.

Food Production Team Members will be responsible for ensuring all food items for the cakes is ready and stocked sufficiently for baking.  Some of the tasks are cutting items, making frosting, shifting flour, and keeping the baking pans cleaned and ready to be used.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts - Monday through friday and weekends when needed,

Experience:  Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a food service environment.
