Huxley Wallace Collective and Chef Joshua Henderson are currently hiring line cooks for our newest addition, Vestal.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning, have great work ethic, great leadership skills and excellent technique. We employ a group of folks that believe in sharp knives, hard work, creative collaboration and a strong desire to elevate the hospitality.

At Vestal we aim to create a new approach to service, one where the whole staff works as one team. In this model cooks will be engaging and interacting with guests directly, and servers will be assisting in back of the house duties.

Ideal candidates will work efficiently and quickly, communicate effectively, be organized and have commitment to quality. Qualified line cooks should have 3+ years of experience in fine dining, great attitude and prior serving experience a plus (but not required).
