Restaurant Manager to lead and direct the daily operations of our fast paced elevated BBQ restaurant and bar. Looking for an upbeat, seasoned professional to join our team and consistently deliver an exceptional experience to both guest and employee; lead and develop the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams while fostering our positive and inclusive work culture. The manager is expected to jump in and help in any role so that the customer receives the best experience possible. Assist the Owner / General Manager (GM) in driving sales, managing costs, growing the business. You will not find a more positive, respectful working relationship with an owner than at Pit & Tap.
Schedule:
Five day work week. Off days are Mondays and Tuesdays. Manager will work a combination of opening and closing shifts as well as a double on Sundays. Opening shifts start at 10am while a closing shift ends when the bar business dictates.
