Job Details
The Bohlsen Restaurant Group has six operating venues currently, all high volume, high check average places.  Five in Suffolk (Tellers, Tellers Next Door, Prime Huntington and H2O Seafood and Sushi) and one in Stamford, CT (Prime).  We are dedicated to procuring the best possible seasonal ingredients while simultaneously maintaining the back bone of an steakhouse.  The exception being our seafood concept, H2O Seafood and Sushi in Smithtown, where we are in the process of designing an update to the dining room and to the menu to continue being at the forefront of design, hospitality and souring local, fresh, delicious seafood.  We work in teams with Sous Chefs supporting the Executive Chef and we prefer to promote for both positions from within, but with the labor market as tight as it is, we have been forced to widen our net and look for ambitious, talented, kind, leaders for our culinary teams. 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90.00 - $110,000.00)

Benefits & Perks: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k, Potential Bonuses, Dining Discounts, We share 10% of all cash flow with the GM and Exec Chef from each restaurant as a quarterly bonus. It can be quite substantial.
