• Oversight of kitchen operations for a 40 seat restaurant serving lunch and dinner
• Collaborating and training staff of 3

• Responsible for planning and execution of consistently changing menus as well as take away catering, special events
• Accountable for maintaining all budgeted costs and profitability
• Collaborate with owners to constantly improve, develop and evolve food and operations
