As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help maintain the high standards of excellence we are known for. 

We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef with a refined palate, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fine dining. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and help lead our talented culinary team. You will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. 

The Basics

  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating and executing the menu, with focus on innovation, seasonality, quality, and presentation. 
  • Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to the restaurants high culinary standards 
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize cost control 
  • Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, ensuring all dishes are consistently executed to the highest standard
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations 
  • Assist in menu development, including daily specials and seasonal changes 
  • Foster a positive team-oriented environment, providing support and guidance to cooks 
  • Step in for Executive Chef as needed and maintain a smooth operation during service 
Must Haves 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a high-end, fine dining kitchen, with at least 2 years as sous chef or similar leadership role 
  • A strong foundation of knowledge in traditional French cooking techniques 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment 
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills 
  • A passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail 
  • flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
