The Pastry Chef of the Snake River Grill is responsible for the creation & execution of a modern American dessert menu of 5-6 desserts that change often according to the seasons and the pastry chef’s initiative. Work with an intimate, pastry-specific department with 2 assistants and the support of the chef.
The position entails a variety of opportunities such as: Ice cream, sorbet & gelato from scratch/ Chocolate work/ Bread baking such as Kaiser Rolls and Brioche Loaves/ Occasionally baking & decorating cakes for special occasions
