Captains responsabilities include: Guest engagement, pour and spiel wine, serve and spiel food, assisnt with sidework, create memorable moments for guests, and to have fun doing it all at an intimate Chef's Counter.

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($60,000.00 - $90,000.00) plus tips
