This is a role that requires previous chef-driven Mexican restaurant experience. The company believes in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while providing excellent quality products and they are looking for a leader to replicate that philosophy.
Exective Chef Responsibilities:
- Run day to day functions of the kitchen
- Full P&L ownership including food and labor costs
- Ensuring menu execution is up to the highest standards
- Mentoring, developing, and training team
- Full range of admin: ordering, inventory, scheduling and cost controls
Ideal Qualifications:
- 4 years progressive leadership experience as Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Senior Sous Chef - very open to a strong CDC ready to step into their first EC role
- Track record of working in Mexican cuisine
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with past admin
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
