Restaurant Loring Place from award-winning chef Dan Kluger is seeking exceptional candidates to join our team as a SOUS CHEF! We are creating an excellent hospitality experience in a safe environment in the heart of Greenwich Village.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 2 years management level experience in NYC restaurants
- A genuine interest and passion in seasonally-driven menu items
- An energetic and positive attitude with the ability to lead and inspire
- The ability to manage a team of cooks with an emphasis on strong communication skills, organization, cleanliness
- Qualified candidates must have their NYC food handlers certificate
Job Description:
- Recruiting/Training/Scheduling
- Recipe testing
- Management of all ordering and inventory
- Coaching and shift supervision
