At Le Coucou, restaurateur Stephen Starr and distinguished Chef Daniel Rose join forces to re-imagine traditional French fare in the elegant and luxurious 11 Howard Hotel.

We are currently seeking Hotel Line Cooks to join us in providing culinary delights at 11 Howard Hotel. 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a prep cook or line cook 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively
  • Ability to keep a clean and organized work station from prep to service
  • Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
  • Culinary degree is preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to learn and grow is a MUST!
  • Full availability (including weekends)
