Job Details
Mini Mott is growing and we are looking for a passionate, thoughtful, career-minded cooks to join our team. We focus on a multi-role system and have a strong sense of teamwork and flexibility. We feature Chicago comfort fare with a foundation in Asian-American cuisine.
 
Mini Mott is a neighborhood fast-casual restaurant with two locations. Our flagship is in LOGAN SQUARE located centrally along Logan Blvd. Our second location is in the WEST LOOP, in the recently opened Time Out Market Chicago. 

The position is full time. Open availability preferred.
Compensation ranges from $15 - $20 /hr; hourly plus pooled tips.
Health insurance option is available after 6 months full-time employment.

A burger so good...it deserved it own restaurant.

In April 2015 Eater Chicago challenged Chef Edward Kim to add a burger to the menu at Mott St, his celebrated Asian American restaurant in Wicker Park. While Mott St isn't an obvious place to find this American delight, Kim stepped up to the feat. In 2016, Thrillest acclaimed this the best burger in Chicago, and it was later declared the #7 best burger in America.

Bringing the iconic Mott burger to a more accessible and casual location, we opened in the summer of 2018 and have been slinging burgers and creating new and exciting eats ever since. We house a full bar with ten beers on tap and other tasty treats like our soft serve in a house made taiyaki cone.
