Job Details

The Neighborhood Restaurant group is seeking an office manager to support its restaurant teams!  If you love the restaurant industry and have a solid foundation of organizational and admin skills, we’d love to meet you.  Strong candidates will be motivated self-starters prepared to work closely with management teams at fast paced restaurants to help facilitate daily operations. From organization and maintenance of office files, invoices and inventory to liaising with accounting and HR departments, the office manager will have a wide range of duties that provide critical support to the restaurant and headquarters teams.

Office Manager Duties

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of office space
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Basic bookkeeping 
  • Inventory assistance and review
  • Oversee new hire onboarding paperwork 
  • Regularly communicate with chefs and management internally as well as vendors and suppliers externally
  • Work with accounting department to manage invoices and account statements
  • Track daily sales 
  • Basic reporting in point of sale system
  • Attend weekly operations meetings
  • Receive and deliveries 

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Attention to detail, a love of organization, and the ability to multitask
  • Experience with accounting software such as PlateIQ or similar
  • Computer skills including spreadsheets and Google Drive
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus!
