Line Cook Job Responsibilities and Skills:

• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Follows Food Safety & Sanitation Guidellines
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces and refrigeration units at the end of the shift
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
