A BAKED JOINT is a family bakery & cafe in the heart of DC established in 2015. Our focus is high quality, naturally leavened handcrafted breads as well as a variety of laminated dough pastries. We are a high-volume shop - our cafe menu is paired with our house-made breads and we also serve a curated wholesale account list around the city. We are proud to have been named Best Bakery by The Washington Post!
We are now seeking a passionate, experienced, and organized Experienced Bread Baker to join our skilled baker team and continue the dedication to serving delicious breads to Washington, D.C.
Qualified candidates should have:

Minimum of 3 years commercial bread baking experience

Strong understanding of naturally leavened breads and laminated doughs

Creativity and passion to create new bread and pastries.
