Sofitel – Philadelphia at Rittenhouse is looking for a qualified Banquet Chef to run the Banquet kitchen operation.

Qualified candidate is responsible for the execution and organization of all Hotel catered functions in the Banquet Kitchen. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for ordering, schedules, attending Event detail (BEO) meetings, training banquet staff, and managing all aspects of the hotel Cafeteria including managing the cafeteria staff.
Must be detail oriented and meet multiple & competing deadlines. S/he must be able to work a flexible schedule and work well under pressure. Must have luxury hotel experience and 5 years of culinary work in the Banquet or related field where 3 years plus are in management. Serv Safe and HAACP certification a plus.
