Gabriel's is expanding its operations and we're looking for the right person to join the team as an Assistant General Manager.

Gabriel's is a destination, fine dining Italian restaurant located in Sedalia, Colorado, between Highlands Ranch and Castle Pines. One of Colorado's 'legacy restaurants,' Gabriel's has a 35 year long tradition of providing the best service and outstanding food. Housed in an 1890's Victorian home & Douglas County Historic Landmark, Gabriel's has both a multi-course menu offering in the "Old House" and a ligher, Bistro side with an a la carte menu. Gabriel's also has a banquet facility and hosts small to medium sized events, wedding and company parties. We are a dinner only restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Gabriel's is looking for a fine dining Assistant General Manager. Duties include but are not limted to: managing reservations, customer relations, scheduling and supervising front of the house staff, floor management, reconciling employee check-outs and securing the restaurant at close.  A working knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems, Aloha or comparable POS, fine dining service methods, wine service and craft spirits is required. A level 1 or 2 Sommelier certificate is a plus. Candidates with additional banquet and catering experience are ecouraged to apply.
