This position is for Brunch services at the beautiful Hotel Clermont's French Brasserie Restaurant Tiny Lou's. Brunch service shifts run from 8am-330pm on saturdays and sundays with one prep shift on Friday Morning with plenty of room for more hours and future oppurtunities within the company. Overall food knowledge, sharp knives, and spoons are highly expected. Organiztion of product (first in first out)
Prepping all items for brunch per chefs specifications
Cooking and plating items per guest specifications, to order
Maintaining all "hot line spaces" for next team to begin dinner shift prep
Completing Prep Sheets to ensure readiness for future shifts
Compensation will be based on experience.
