We are looking for a passionate, organized, and focused Sous Chef to join our opening team
The Sous Chef will work closely with purveyors as the menu will be highly dictated by produce available at various points during the year. This position will be a key leader responsible for exemplifying, managing and maintaining a positive culture for the team while driving success and growth. The ability to manage costs, and administrative office work will be necessary. General understanding of google docs needed.
NYC Food Handler certification is a MUST while helping to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Applicants need at least 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
