Starting pay for candidates with over 2 years of culinary experience is $17/hr.

Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress
- Food Handling and Safety knowledge
- Knife and measuring skills; manual dexterity and speed
- Ability to ready and follow recipes
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Duties
- Set up, break down and maintain stock levels at line cook stations
- Produce food items as tickets are received following recipes, plating specs and time standards, assuming 100% percent responsibility for quality of work
- Receive and store product, assist with stocking duties, follow proper food labeling and rotation protocol
- Minimize waste
- Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures including safe heating and cooling methods
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work space
